Application Guide

What should you prepare for an architectural decoration quotation?

From location and dimensions to images and timing: a practical checklist for a clear project enquiry.

VELORIA ART / Editorial notes ·

Describe the need in one sentence

State the type of space and the service you are considering. Gold leaf, decorative painting, plasterwork or several services may be requested together. Include the city and district, and explain whether this is a new build or a refurbishment. That helps focus the first discussion on the work required.

Organise measurements and images

Describe the application areas separately. Supply known dimensions, an approximate area and drawing links if available. Include both overall room views and surface details. Group related files under clear names. If dimensions are not yet known, say so rather than presenting an estimate as a confirmed quantity.

Explain the design brief and timing

Reference images can describe motifs, colours or an approach you like. They illustrate appearance but do not by themselves establish the material used. Share your preferred date as a requirement, not a confirmed booking: team availability and site conditions need to be reviewed.

Understand the enquiry workflow

The VELORIA ART quotation form prepares an enquiry summary. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens that text as a draft in the relevant application; you complete the sending step. You can add images and drawings in WhatsApp. Preparing the form is not confirmation of delivery, a price approval or an accepted order. Scope, price and schedule are defined after team review and a site visit if required.

This article provides general information. Material, technique and scope depend on project review; it is not an installation specification.
